Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a completed order confirmation. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our standard UK mainland shipping cost is £4.99 per order.
We endeavour to maintain our standard charge to non mainland UK and Scottish Highlands, but large or valuable items and items with CO2 cylinders will need to be sent by our road courier and we will advise of any additional cost prior to despatch.
We aim to despatch orders within two to three working days however the majority of orders are shipped same/next day if the goods are in stock.
If we anticipate any delay in despatch we will advise you and ask if you wish to proceed with your order.
If you have urgent or any other special delivery requirements please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
We endeavour to ship worldwide and can provide you with a quote. However, there are some limitations with bulky items and items containing hazardous goods. Please email us with your requirements.
Credit Card Security
To ensure your credit card security and to keep your personal information safe we use a third party Secure Hosting Payment Services. All of your data is encrypted prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. We use secure firewalls which are systems designed to keep information inaccessible and safe from other Internet users.
You can check that your connection is secure by looking for a locked padlock icon or a solid key icon usually displayed at the bottom of your browser window. Your Internet Explorer will also show a security notice when enabled. You will also see that the display in the address window of your browser changes from ‘http’ to ‘https’.

Crewsafe Marine Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to your order
Return postage is at your expense. We do not collect items which you want to return. Please see our returns section for details on how to return your item.

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please e-mail us first for a returns form at sales@crew-safe.co.uk.
Returned goods must reach us within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the supplied condition, together with their instructions, any labels and in their original packaging.
There are some exceptions to the returns policy. Items made to order and items that contain hazardous or dated goods such as liferafts, PLB’s, Flares etc are not returnable.
For trade and commercial customers returns are at the discretion of Crewsafe Marine Ltd and if approved incur a handling/restocking charge of 25%.
